How to get out of a bad mood.

NUMBER ONE - THE FLUSH IT TOOL...



NUMBER TWO - AFFIRMATION IN MIRROR TOOL...



NUMBER THREE - THE CHOP IT UP TOOL...



NUMBER FOUR - THE DANCE, SHAKE, WIPE IT OFF & OUT TOOL...




YES, I may look like a complete loony tune doing these exercises, BUT more importantly I don't feel so crap after doing them.


So maybe we shouldn't be worrying so much about what we look like, or the discomfort of doing something a bit weird and out of our comfort zone, and focus more on the fact that these tools actually work.


It seems we've all got way to grown up and adult, and we've forgotten the power of being child-like and integrating play into our daily lives to help us cope with all the crap.


So perhaps before you judge me for being complete bonkers you should try it first and see if it works!
