  3. Codependency – Relying on others for approval and validation, leading to unhealthy relationships.

  4. Substance Abuse – Turning to drugs, alcohol, or other substances to numb the pain of the past.

Relational Symptoms:

  1. Trust Issues – Struggling to trust others, always fearing betrayal, abandonment, or rejection.

Together, we’ll peel back the layers of who you think you are, shedding identities that were never truly yours. This is a journey back to your authentic self, guided by compassion and understanding.

Unlearn Your Relationship with the Inner Critic.
The inner critic can be relentless, echoing past abuse and self-doubt. I’ll help you quiet that voice and turn it into a supportive ally. Through compassionate practices, you’ll learn to replace criticism with kindness and self-empowerment.

Week 4-6: RELEARN

Relearn the Power of Emotion & Thought.
You’ll discover just how powerful your thoughts and emotions really are. Using tools like mirror work and manifestation, you’ll harness these energies for healing and growth, turning them into powerful sources of strength.

Relearn Forgiveness.
Forgiveness—especially self-forgiveness—is a key part of healing. This isn’t about excusing those who hurt you, but about releasing the hold they’ve had on your life. We’ll explore forgiveness as a pathway to inner peace and freedom.

Relearn Letting Go.
Letting go of the past is essential to making space for new beginnings. I’ll guide you through holistic practices that help you release old pain, making room for joy and new opportunities in your life.

Week 7-9: TRANSFORM

Step into the Sweet Spot of Life.
Now, you’ll begin to live in the ‘sweet spot’—a place of balance, joy, and true contentment. This is about embracing the present moment and finding beauty in the everyday.

 

Step into the Power of Your Imagination.
Your imagination is a powerful tool for both healing and creating your future. Through guided visualizations, you’ll learn to harness this power to manifest the life you truly desire.

 

Step into Unconditional Self-Love.
The final step is to fully embrace yourself with unconditional love. This profound self-acceptance will transform how you see yourself and how you move through the world, grounding you in confidence and inner peace. By the end of the program, you’ll have a complete self-healing toolbox to create the life you want.
