The Technicolour Bedlam is a powerful,
self-healing, grown up adventure,
to the Heart of Self.
This is a journey into everything you never knew you needed and everything inside you that you have never met.
I truly believe, hand on my own imperfect but exquisitely beautiful heart, that connecting to ourselves is the only way we can save the world.

The Technicolor Bedlam is not just a pirate ship.
It is life itself.
It's the great, strange, wild, ridiculous, heartbreaking, magnificent vessel you've been sailing on since the day you were born.
The secret to my treasure map is this...
Everything can bring you to the Heart of Self.
Not just the 'good' things.
Not just the 'beautiful' things.
Everything.

Walking to your local shop.
Driving across a country.
Beginning a new relationship.
Walking away from one.
Sitting in the same room you sat in yesterday. Watching Netflix.
Making tea.
Crying in the kitchen.
Laughing at something stupid.
Changing your mind.
Saying no.
Getting lost.
Coming back.
Choosing differently.
Choosing the same thing, but with a new heart.

Being a pirate doesn’t mean never feeling shit.
Being a pirate means you’ve got yourself completely
no matter what shit happens.

Every single action in your life can become part of the magic.
Every ordinary moment can become a doorway.
Every part of your existence can become part of the adventure,
part of your learning,
part of your growth,
part of your human evolution.
But only when you stop treating life as something you have to escape from, fix, master, perfect, succeed or survive.
Only when you begin to change the relationship you have with yourself.

This voyage is not about constantly seeking the next island, the next sign, the next answer, the next version of you who is finally healed enough, successful enough, happy enough, lovable enough, shiny enough, or ready enough.
Fuck that darling... you're already so much more than enough.
That's the old way.
That's the endless searching.
That's you standing on the deck of your own life, staring at the horizon, convinced the treasure must be somewhere out there.
The treasure has always been inside you and the Technicolor Bedlam will prove it.
The Technicolor Bedlam will help you stay here.
To discover the world inside you now.
To see your own hands on the wheel of your own life.
To see your own own feet on the planet grounded and powerful.
To appreciate the life that's dancing all around you and within you.
To know you don't need to look anywhere else but within the heart of you.

This voyage is not here to pull you out of your life.
It's here to wake you up inside it.
So you're no longer
trying,
chasing,
performing,
masking,
pleasing,
proving,
seeking,
scrambling,
forcing,
and constantly doing all the bloody time.
On this pirate voyage you will bathe luxuriously in the colour of your own life.
Right here.
In the present moment.
In the mess and the magic.
In the ordinary and the impossible.
In the grief and the glitter bombs.
In the boredom and the becoming.
In the tiny strange details that turn out, later on, to have been an integral part of the treasure map all along.
The Heart of Self is not some faraway, imaginary or out of reach place.
It's alive now inside your actual existence.
You just never knew it was there.
And the Technicolor Bedlam pirate ship is here to show you.

ONE MORE THING BEFORE YOU GET SUCKED BACK INTO LIFE...

Yes,
I am the Captain of The Technicolor Bedlam.
This is my ship. My strange, delicious, ridiculous, sacred creation.
My map. My world. My offering.
But I need you to understand something from the very beginning.
I am, most certainly, not the captain of you.
I am not here to stand above you. I am not here to be followed or placed on some pedestal where I stop being human.
I never want you to think I am better than you.
Cleverer than you.
More spiritual than you.
More chosen than you.
More special than you.
Because I am human, just like you.
I have been lost. I have been broken open. I have crawled through storms I did not think I would survive. I have forgotten who I was. I have abandoned myself. I have searched outside myself for love, safety, meaning, belonging, answers, rescue, proof, permission, and home.
And then, one day, I stopped searching out there.
I stopped because life brought me to my knees enough times that I eventually realised the doorway was not somewhere outside of me.
It was inside me.
So I made an insane journey into the Heart of Self.
I went into the places most people spend their lives avoiding.
The grief. The shame. The rage. The longing. The fear. The inner child. The inner teen. The old stories. The protective patterns. The hidden dreams. The parts of me I had exiled because I thought they were too much, too messy, too inconvenient, too needy, too wild, too wounded, too alive.
I went in.
And I kept going.
I became my own Indiana Jones into the temple of myself.
Not because I'm braver than everyone else.
But because something in me knew there has to be more to life than just surviving it.
And I was right.
Something in me knew I was not born just to manage pain, behave properly, keep functioning, and wait for the world to tell me I was finally allowed to feel enough.
So I travelled inward.
I listened. I questioned. I raged. I cried. I danced. I imagined. I healed. I unlearned. I reclaimed.
And I loved myself back to life.
And somewhere in the deepest, strangest, most hidden chamber of my own being, I found the treasure everyone's looking for.
The treasure was the real me.
The alive me. The honest me. The human me. The whole me.
The me who'd been there all along, buried beneath years of pain, performance, fear, survival, and forgetting in purpose.
I am here offering you the map I made from my own blood, glitter, fire, tears, stubbornness, imagination, and love.
I am offering you a voyage.
A way back to yourself.
But you must understand this:
You are the captain of your own destiny.
You are the captain of your own life.
No one else gets to take the wheel from you.
Not me. Not your past. Not your fear. Not your shame. Not the people who hurt you. Not the world that told you to be smaller, quieter, easier, flatter, more acceptable, less alive.
This voyage is not about handing your power to me or anyone else ever.
It's about taking your power back into your own hands, your own heart and your own soul.
I may stand at the front of The Technicolor Bedlam with my pirate hat on, shouting strange truths into the wind, pointing at stars, throwing old lies overboard, and inviting you into the wildest adventure of your life.
But I am not here to rescue you.
I am simply here to remind you that you were never powerless.
I am simply here to help you hear the compass inside your own self again.
I am here to show you that your life, exactly as it is right now, contains doorways, clues, storms, songs, sea monsters, treasures, and hidden passageways back to the Heart of Self.
I'm here because I found that treasure in me.
And I know there is the same magnificent treasure in you.
Because beneath everything you've survived, adapted to, hidden, carried, swallowed, performed, endured, and outgrown… you are still in there.
And this voyage is an invitation to find yourself.
To rescue your self.
And to bring yourself home.
It's time to become the captain of your own technicolour existence.
