The first and most important step is to schedule a free call with me so I can find out more about you and see if what I do will meet your needs.

PHONE CALL

On our call together I'll ask you a few questions to get to know you (and your issues) to make sure I can help you.

By the end of this call you'll have a pretty good idea of whether you want to work with me or not.

Hopefully we'll be scheduling our first session together!

FIRST SESSION

The first consultation is an intake session during which we go over any questions you may have and set up a plan for you to implement in your life.

 

Depending on your needs, we'll set up the therapy that works best for you, so that you feel better very quickly.

 

Of course, you can stop at any time, and there's no obligation to continue with me.

WORKING TOGETHER

As we progress on your journey of inner healing,  you and your life will start to change slowly but surely. I'm not a magician and am not promising you instant results, but I can promise that you will achieve the results you desire if you dedicate yourself to the process, implement the tools I suggest and keep to a weekly schedule with me.
